Google Analytics 4 (GA4) - Add Domain Guard as an Admin User

Steps to Add a User with Full Access:

  1. Sign in to Google Analytics:

  2. Navigate to Admin Settings:

    • In the lower-left corner, click on the "Admin" gear icon.

  3. Select the Appropriate Account and Property:

    • Ensure you're in the correct Account and Property where you want to add the user.

  4. Access Account or Property Settings:

    • Under the "Account Settings" or "Property Settings" (depending on where you want to add the user), click on "Account Settings" or "Property Settings."

  5. Manage Access:

    • Within the settings page, click on "Access Management."

  6. Add a New User:

    • Click the "+" button and select "Add users."

  7. Enter User Details:

    • In the dialog box:

      • Email Address: Enter [email protected].

      • Permissions: Check the box for "Administrator" to grant full permissions.

  8. Notify New User (Optional):

    • Optionally, check the box to "Notify new users by email."

  9. Confirm Addition:

    • Click "Add" to finalize the process.
